No one has a right to stop any citizen of india from a place of worship.A church is a common place where anyone can practice their faith.

DeleteSeveral years back a person in Madurai (LEF) was asked not to come to the fasting and prayer.This person went to the court and the ruling was that the Church is a common place and no one has the right.

DeleteIf annagaru was elseware he would be world famous. Best example for sacrifice, love, helpful dedication and also strict. He was so rich. He left everything and came. He sacrificed his marriage too. No wonder devils are trembling when he prays. The so called big people of LEF never allowed him to do special prayers in the summer camps for Needy people just because they did not want people going to him.

If a veteran like Baburao garu who has worked not just in Telangana but also in Andhra can be asked to leave then no evangelist /bible college student is assured of justice in this family organization.He was a straightforward Govt Engineer who was so clean that many of his colleagues did not like him.
ReplyDeleteLEF is an organisation without organisation in that it has no policies. Without written employment policies how can it be sued or called to account?. Equally it is not, and never had been, a church. A church also has to have policies in order to be recognised, at least in Europe. LEF seems to have been run by one family which also has not any proof of agreed appointment to leadership by its 'membership'. Indeed, LEF has no agreed membership. Normally an evangelical church will have an agreed membership which will itself agree (or otherwise) the admission of further members according to certain recorded criteria. Members will also agree or otherwise the calling of its leadership. No-one has formally called any Daniel into leadership. The Daniels will say that they act 'according to the leading of the Holy Spirit'. The Holy Spirit cannot be made accountable in law. No-one can bar anyone from attending church services unless that person causes a breach of the peace. Removal from membership can be accomplished by the vote of the membership as a whole - but there is no membership! Lily Daniel can ask John Daniel as many questions as she likes, but neither person has been delegated by the free vote of members of any church or organisation to make any decisions about anything. There seem to be many who are giving their services free and without formal acknowledgement to this nebulous 'organisation'. However in the UK centre one 'trustee', who is admittedly a very faithful worker, but completely dominated by the will of the Daniels, has been receiving UK £13,000 p.a. You may wish to ask the Daniels about this. You may wish to try to contact the Charity Commission in London and ask why a 'trustee' is benefiting from a Charitable Trust, which is illegal unless its governing documents allow this. You may wish to ask where these governing documents can be viewed. You may wish to ask to see the minutes of any meetings at which this (or any other 'Trust' matter) was decided.
ReplyDeleteIt has been suggested that there has been money-laundering from India via the UK to the Daniels in the USA. You may wish to ask a representative of the Indian government to chase this up, and in particular for the year 2009, when UK£200,000 seems to have passed through the UK accounts over and above the 'normal' income of tithes, offerings, and business profit. It seems that more detailed accounting is required for income above UK£250,000.
If A wishes to give B money without any proof or assurance of what B is going to do with it, then that is not illegal. However if this happens on a grand scale, then surely B must be liable for tax of some kind. In this case, who, exactly, is B? Does any Daniel receive regular sums from LEF funds? Is this not 'income' in the USA? Have those of you domiciled in the USA approached the RSI about this?
In the UK registration with the Charity Commission carries tax concessions. Is there something similar in India, the USA, anywhere else where the LEF a.k.a. the Daniels family has an income?
One of the difficulties with controlling the proceeds of voluntary giving is that it is voluntary. That is why anyone who attends any LEF function must stop giving anything. However income usually has to be accounted for by the recipient. I hope that you are able, retrospectively, to ascertain precisely what has happened to LEF income, who legally owns all the properties, and other matters of relevance. If all else fails, the media may well be interested. However one hopes that people who name the name of Christ, and consider themselves to be Christian 'leaders', will 'come clean' about everything before the name of Christ is drawn into scandal. None of us should forget what happened to Judas Iscariot or Ananias and Sapphira ........

Mum and son came near and requested the frog “We need to urgently go across the pond, please let us climb onto your back, Now start.”. The frog was cautious and told, “What will you happen if you sting me, I will die and sink”, the mummy scorpion assured him “Why should I sting you? Don't I know that if you die we all will drown, so don’t have any fear, we are harmless”. So the poor frog agreed and swam across the pond with its 2 friends. In the middle of the pond, both Mummy scorpion and son scorpion stung the frog multiple times.
