My dear readers, we wish that no LEF center played the messages of the dead man. On a day, when people all over the world are celebrating the fact that the Lord is risen, it would be pathetic, if some of you are fed chaff with the messages of the dead man. It is about time LEF folks ask the most pertinent question on this Easter morning- O DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR VICTORY? O DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR STING? In the most literal sense, LEF people need to come out of the vice grip of this dead man who cheated thousands of people with his distorted messages that were full of lies and deceit. LEF People need to claim victory and freedom from the bondage Daniel family caused which made many morally dead. Please don't sit and be entertained with the messages of a man who is talking about some "Billy" that he met in his ministry and what kind of a mean animal "Billy" was before his conversion. You will never know when this preacher will make you another "Billy" when preaching in some other place to some other congregation. LEF rogues' messages are mostly designed for people with itchy ears, who are in constant need to hear gossip. It is about time LEF people demand some quality preaching by some credible people.

ReplyDeleteAnother point is the Editor & Publisher of LEF''s magazines "Christ is Victor,Jeya Christu and Christu Vijayamu" as printed in the magzines is Lilly Daniel.If she is the editor it is expected that the editor writes the Editorial Page.Why should late Joshua Daniel's messages be republished as Editorial?.
Request the LEF folks,subscribers to any of these magazines to ask these questions to the namesake Editor Lilly.If she is very busy with Politics let her get some ghost writers to write on her behalf.

ReplyDeleteThis afternoon as my wife was cooking a Tasty Easter Lunch "Briyani" i went for a trip down memory lane .Rewinding memories of Easter during my days in LEF in the late 70's and early 80's.
LEF has funny ways of enforcing the Lords Day must be free of financial transactions so buying meat on Sunday was considered breaking the lords day.Those were the days when Refrigerators were expensive or not available easily.So my dad who is still very active in LEF came up with a novel idea .He used to give money to the meat vendor in advance (Saturday)who used to deliver meat at home on Sunday.So those days we used be so scared of the Evangelist and his spies.In everything there was Fellowship Standards.No Denims,No Dashing Clothes,No Rich Food,No Movies,No to reading Newspapers on Sundays.We used to vista our friends home to watch Cricket matches.On sundays we used to act as though we were righteous roberts and Ruths knowing well that we were cheating ourselves.
As time progressed we started asking questions when rule makers became rule breakers.
We heard about Lizards marriages and divorces.We watched with pain when LEF started compromising on the very standards they strictly enforced on people .Yes they (evangelists) were flexible to enforcing rules on their children.
What would let do if people coming to their Sunday worship stop giving offerings on Sunday as it is against LEF's standards on following the Lord's Day?.No where in the Bible it is said that we have to drop tithes and offerings on a Sunday at the worship.
How would LEF respond if people boycott their Book Stalls ,Book Fairs on Sunday ?.
If you people see your evangelist or the Big Shots (John & Lily ) travelling on Sunday go ask them why they are breaking the Lord's Day?.
If some uncle or brother starts lecturing on the Lords Day please ask them why is LEF following a Seventh Day Adventist rule.
May good sense prevail over the nonsense spread under the garb of Biblical (Danielity) Doctine.
One time while I was in the bible college I had to wash my clothes and forgot to remove them from drying on Sunday. Foreign brother R. In the bible college told me I was working on the Sabbath. I asked him where he was going to preach that evening, it was Massey hall. I told him it was more than a Sabbaths day journey away, and he was therefore breaking the Sabbath.

ReplyDeleteJohn Samuel: if you study your Bible you will see that the apostle Paul and others exposed false prophets, hirelings, and those who cheated using God's money. Jesus himself warned against and exposed such people .In His day they were largely known as scribes and Pharisees. It may be unpalatable at times to read certain comments, and perhaps some contributors could have phrased their posts differently, but it is not wrong to expose people like the Daniels and their henchmen. They have gone unexposed for many decades, and people are very angry at having been duped and bullied for so long, and even through generations of their families.

Robert Schuller was at best a dangerous apostate who mentored other dangerous apostates. Do you mean that you admire this man (Schuller), and that he had a positive ministry which was destroyed by his children, or do you mean that, like Joshua Daniel, his ministry was corrupt from the outset, which it was?
DeleteWhatever you do mean, it needs to be made clear that Schuller should not be admired by true Christians, but warned against; sadly his legacy lives on through the error he preached, and in the thinking and teaching of his misled protégées.
The same can be said of Joshua Daniel (unless people use their God-given intelligence and reasoning now that the truth is emerging, and distance themselves from anything to do with him.....sadly including the LEF).
God has not called us to compare and contrast two of his children or servants, but to follow Him.
